Wednesday 09/05/08 - Nara

Next up is a rapid change of city, we leave a blazing trail behind us in Kyoto as we move to our next destination, Nara.

We wander up Sanjo-dori towards Sarusawa-iki and the temple grounds of Kofuki-Ji and its five story pagoda.






It is here that we meet several of Nara's sacred population of wild deer!
